Responsible for the strategy and communication of our brands, the marketing team creates relevant and creative marketing actions and tools.

Making the company progress while ensuring good management, optimizing profits while limiting risks, contributing to major decisions and advising on turning points, here are the Finance team’s missions! And if Omada grows again and again, it's thanks to them!

The design team creates Omada identity and its declinaisons for marketing channels. They conceive user interfaces, interaction models and prototypes. Always creative, they think user first. That’s how your brands and app look magic!

The engineering team builds and develops Omada. They ensure the maintenance and safety of the app. They iterate skilfully and quickly. If everything is possible and nothing crash, it’s thanks to the engineering team!

Their role: ensure that Omada has the teams to move forward and that the teams have the necessary resources to work. The HR team is in charge of finding new talent, while ensuring the evolution and development of those already there. Talents in the service of other talents.

The social media team builds and develops a community around Omada and sports. They animate, federate and interacte with it. For this, the team creates and shares rich and entertaining content. That’s why people don’t follow for follow, they follow for like (and let’s be honest because they're sports fans).

Their missions : collect and analyze the data to make them talk. The data team enables us to understand behaviours, discover insights, improve the app and optimize experiences. If we know a lot, it’s because of the data team!

The operations team ensures that everything goes well in Luni, for each product, service and collaborator. They are in charge of onboarding, training, processes, tools, corporate and team events. It's a vocation to take care of others and make everything go well!

Shake the daily life

Luni is a story of ambition. Started with 4 people coding utility applications, pushed into marketing and saw if it worked. And it did! Then comes the desire to grow and work on more complex and fun stuff like creativity, entertainment or wellness. 

So, we experiment by prototyping projects with code, branding and marketing.

And we test them for a couple of months. If the test is positive, we go further. If not, we start over. We get involved in each project to go further and have the best product. That’s how our applications are not applications but brands.
